TEACHER GUIDE

Create a test in three decisions.

Your private banks are yours to edit and reuse. They never enter the administrator-owned public Quiz menu.

1

Add questions

Write, paste, import a file, or select questions from your own private bank. Check every question before previewing.

→
2

Choose delivery

Publish an immutable version, assign it to approved students or generate a link/code for a wider audience.

→
3

Set the rules

Choose dates, attempts, feedback, login requirements, text selection and browser-level screenshot deterrence.

ADMINISTRATOR GUIDE

Manage the full library from the menu itself.

When an approved administrator opens Quiz menu, every collection keeps the same QUIZ-WORLD design and gains a small access-control toolbar.

A

Select folders

Press Select folders, then tap one or more folder or quiz cards. Selection mode pauses normal opening so nothing is started accidentally.

B

Choose access

Set Public, Sign-in required, Unlisted, Admin only, Draft or Archived. Quiz-specific rules override a parent folder.

C

Apply safely

Confirm once. Static QUIZ-WORLD rules and uploaded LMS banks are updated through their correct version-checked controls.

D

Edit content

Use Question-bank manager for names, questions, uploads and individual bank visibility. Teachers cannot enter this area.

Access made clear

What each library setting means.

Public

Listed in Quiz menu and available without an account.

Sign-in required

Details stay visible, but an approved LMS account is required to start.

Unlisted

Hidden from the catalogue but available through its direct link.

Admin only

Visible and usable only by an approved administrator.

Draft

Held back while content is checked or still being prepared.

Archived

Removed from normal use without erasing the historical record.

Using a phone

Designed for one hand and a small screen.

Use the menu button to open workspace navigation. Folder and quiz cards become full-width touch targets. During a quiz, swipe between questions and use Focus mode to hide surrounding controls.

Account and profile

Set up once, then keep learning.

Sign in with Google, complete your profile and wait for administrator approval. Add your institution, study or teaching details, and a square profile picture. Your role and approval status remain administrator-controlled.

Important safeguard

Know what browser controls can do.

A teacher may deter copying, text selection or screenshots in the browser. No website can completely block operating-system capture tools or a photograph taken with another device.
